OTF Collection & Disclosure of Data/Information Notice OTF Grant Application Log-in - Applicant/Organization Registration You are entering OTF's granting system for registering and providing information on your organization, submitting a grant application, and the managing and administering by OTF of grant information provided by your organization as an applicant and/or grantee. OTF is committed to Open Government and the enhancing of public trust in our granting processes through transparency, accountability and broadening access to OTF granting data and information. As such, all information your organization provides to OTF may be used and disclosed by OTF for the purpose of carrying out our mandate as an agent of the government of Ontario. These may include the following activities, which may be expanded to include other activities as Open Government evolves: - monitoring, evaluating, auditing and reporting on applications submitted, grants approved, and our applicants and grantees; - conducting research, quality assurance, risk management and data analysis to support high value investments and excellence in our administration of grants; - supporting applicants and grantees to maximize their impact; and - supporting learning opportunities through knowledge sharing. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that the data and/or information shared with OTF have been collected in a manner that considers confidentiality, privacy and security, and is in conformity with all applicable laws. By registering, providing information on your organization and/or submitting a grant application, your organization represents to OTF that all such data and/or information has been collected by your organization in such a manner, and that OTF has the permission of your organization and all relevant individuals to collect, use and disclose the data and/or information for the purpose of carrying out our mandate as an agent of the government of Ontario, including the activities described above.
