Our granting portal gives you access to our online grant applications. To access the portal, you need to create an account.

When you submit this form, your Organization Contact will receive an email with instructions to set-up a password.

The Organization Contact is the designated person who has the authority to create this account and submit grant applications. Additionally, this person is responsible for:

Providing required information and documentation about your organization

Starting and submitting a grant application on behalf of your organization

Communicating with OTF regarding your application

The Signatory Contact is the person who has signing authority to legally bind your organization, has authorized this account, and will be responsible for authorizing future applications and signing an OTF Grant Contract.
